Foreign Currency
Foreign Currency Direct (FCD) is our preferred currency dealer for Euro transfers to our bank in Spain and for fixing the exchange rates of each of the stage payments. You should benefit from lower charges & better rates of exchange than can be obtained from high street banks. Whether you're re-locating, buying an overseas property or just moving funds, you need to be sure your money is in safe hands. Foreign Currency Direct Plc is the ideal partner for both private individuals and companies. Whatever the currency, whether buying or selling, we doubt if you could find a more professional service, keener exchange rates, or greater protection from any other bank, broker or building society. Already nearly 40% of our business comes from client recommendations and referrals. Here's why:
Trading with Foreign Currency Direct Plc is as transparent as it is forthright as there are absolutely no costs incurred through the purchase or sale of currency, we simply profit from the margin - the difference between the price at which we buy against the price at which we sell. 3 Easy stepsIt's much simpler to use them than you might think! In fact, there are just 3 easy steps:
|
1) Get an accountTo do this, they're going to need an application form from you. You can either call them on 0800 328 5884 in order to get one sent to you, or you can do it online right now at Open an Account. Note: There is no charge for opening an account, nor any obligation to trade. 2) Get your quote When they've received your application form they'll be able to quote you rates for buying or selling - usually within the hour. They'll also give you a unique account number which you can use to short-cut any future transactions like buying and selling Foreign Currency to get the cheapest exchange quotes or rates. 3) Get your money! If you accept their quote, they'll send you the appropriate contract by fax or email. On receipt of the signed contract (which includes space for you to fill in the name/bank details of the beneficiary, as required), the deal is done! Note: Settlement can be made via CHAPS, BACS or either personal or building society cheque, and is required in full within two working days (Spot Contracts). With Forward Contracts, only the deposit needs to be paid, the balance being due on or before the maturity date. |
