- resale privileges: should you ever choose to sell-on your villa, to show our gratitude for becoming an early member and choosing our service, we would give you preferential help and publicity prioritized to your members club joining date.

*By non-exclusive we mean that your villa can also be listed elsewhere, should you so choose.

The coming facility will enable you to easily add your villa and images to the rentals section of the website.  The site will contain a fully interactive diary and order taking system for renting and managing your villa.  There will also be a secure owners log-in where you will be able to view transactions and communications history as well as your account showing all financial flows.  This will be done reliably and securely.

We have yet to determine the cost to you in percentage terms in order to provide this service, but it certainly shall substantially undercut the market as long as enough owners want it.

We will use our considerable experience in presenting properties in Monte Pego to promote the unique, wonderful, varied and exciting holidays possible there. Done correctly, this should drive up rental values and possibly even property values.
